We use PayPal invoicing for all services. Payment is required to confirm your booking. Your invoice will be sent directly to your email upon request.

Yes, medication administration is available as an add-on service. Please bring medications clearly labeled with your pet's name and instructions.

We offer 30-minute in-home cat sitting visits including playtime, companionship, and litter box care. Your cat will be fed their own food during each visit to keep them comfortable with their regular routine.

New clients receive our exclusive VIP Experience — a personalized video recap of your pet's visit after every session. No other pet care company in Baltimore does this. Available for $15 per session.

Yes! For the safety of all pets in our care, all dogs and cats must be up to date on their vaccinations before any service. Please bring proof of vaccination to your consultation.

We kindly ask for 24-hour notice if you need to cancel — this helps us accommodate other pets in need of care. Please contact us as soon as possible if your plans change. Please note that all sales are final and non-refundable. Cancellations will receive a store credit to be used toward a future service with The Nosey Dog Care Company.
