Payment & Fees

Payment is required in advance to secure your appointment. For boarding or daycare stays your account will be billed accordingly. Pets picked up later than scheduled may be charged an additional day at the applicable daily rate. Late fees of $10 per day apply starting the day after the due date. The Nosey Dog Care Company reserves the right to retain pets at our facility until all outstanding balances are settled in full.

Pet Requirements

All dogs and cats must have up-to-date rabies vaccinations. Proof of vaccination may be requested at any time. Dogs should arrive clean and ready to play. You are welcome to bring your pet's regular dry food if needed. No outside snacks or treats are permitted. The Nosey Dog Care Company reserves the right to refuse admission to any pet that does not meet our health and vaccination requirements.

Refunds & Credits

All services and payments are strictly non-refundable. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will be issued as store credit only. Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value. Merchandise refunds are issued as store credit within 72 hours of purchase. No exceptions will be made under any circumstances.

Photos & Videos

By using our services you grant The Nosey Dog Care Company full, irrevocable, royalty-free permission to photograph and record your pet and to use such content for marketing, promotional, and social media purposes without compensation or further consent required.

Operating Hours

Monday through Saturday 6AM to 8PM Sunday 7:30AM to 5PM Services are only provided during operating hours. The Nosey Dog Care Company is not responsible for arrangements outside of these hours.

Accommodations

We do our best to accommodate special requests. Some requests may incur an additional fee at our discretion. Special accommodations are not guaranteed and are subject to availability.

Consultations

Consultations are required before booking any services with The Nosey Dog Care Company. If a consultation is skipped or bypassed a consultation fee will be charged at the time of service. Completion of a consultation does not guarantee service availability.

Cancellation Policy

Kindly provide a minimum of 24 hours notice for all cancellations. Cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance will forfeit payment and may be issued store credit at the sole discretion of The Nosey Dog Care Company. Repeated last minute cancellations may result in termination of services.

Facility Visits & Scheduled Appointments

All visits to The Nosey Dog Care Company facility including consultations must be scheduled in advance through our official intake process. Unannounced visits are strictly not permitted for the safety, privacy, and comfort of all pets in our care. The Nosey Dog Care Company reserves the right to deny entry to any individual who arrives without a scheduled appointment.

Conduct & Liability

Pet owners are solely responsible for any damage, injury, or loss caused by their pets during their visit. The Nosey Dog Care Company reserves the right to refuse or terminate service at any time for pets who are aggressive, unvaccinated, or pose a safety or health risk to other animals or staff without refund.

Emergency & Veterinary Care

In case of a medical emergency The Nosey Dog Care Company will make every reasonable effort to contact you or your designated emergency contact. If we are unable to reach you we reserve the right to seek veterinary care at our discretion. All veterinary expenses incurred are the sole responsibility of the pet owner regardless of outcome. The Nosey Dog Care Company is not responsible for illness, injury, or death of any pet in our care except in cases of proven gross negligence on our part.

Liability & Waiver

By booking and using our services you acknowledge and agree that The Nosey Dog Care Company, its owners, and staff are released from any and all liability for injury, loss, illness, escape, or death of your pet except in cases of proven gross negligence. This waiver is binding upon booking and constitutes your agreement to all terms listed herein.

Privacy Policy

Information collected through our intake and contact forms including but not limited to name, address, phone number, email address, and pet details is used solely for booking, scheduling, marketing communications, and demographic purposes. The Nosey Dog Care Company does not sell, rent, or share your personal information with any third parties. By submitting your information you consent to its use as described above. You may request removal from our marketing communications at any time by contacting us directly.
